Felicia Jin is an associate in the Business Law group. She practices in the area of investment fund management, business financing and real estate law.
Felicia assists various investments funds (private equity, venture capital and hedge funds) in all stages of their life, whether it concerns the creation of an optimized fund structure or any of their capital-raising and investment campaigns.
She also works closely with financial institutions and large corporations on various financing transactions. Within the course of her practice, Felicia assists landlords, purchasers and financial institutions in connection with the sale, purchase and financing of real estate and corporations.
Felicia is also member of the Lavery GO inc. program where she accompanies entrepreneurs and startup businesses over the course of their project development and corporate governance.
Felicia completed her Bachelor of Law degree at the Université de Montréal. In October 2017, Felicia was nominated as Recording Secretary of the International Council of Organizations for Folklore Festivals and Folk Art. Her four-year mandate will bring her to work abroad biannually. She also sits on the organization’s legal committee.
