Pier-Luc Girard is a member of the Business Law Group. His practice focuses on family, personal, and estate law. He regularly drafts wills and protection mandates and works on non-contentious proceedings such as the institution of protective supervision, the homologation of mandates and the probate of wills.
His practice also includes the settlement of estates and the drafting of marriage and cohabitation contracts.
In the course of his real estate practice, Mr. Girard drafts offers to purchase, deeds of sale, mortgage deeds and servitudes.
Mr. Girard advises clients starting a business and professionals incorporating their practices. He also drafts security agreements required by lenders related to business financing. He provides services in other areas of corporate law, such as the reorganization, sale, merger or liquidation of a business.
