Camille Côté is a member of the Corporate law team. She joined Lavery’s team in Trois-Rivières as a student in the summer of 2016, and then completed her articles. Since her arrival, Camille has been involved in drafting a variety of agreements and has worked on cases related to mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and banking commercial law.
While a law student at the Université de Montréal law faculty, Camille volunteered with Pro Bono Québec on a project to prepare small claims court hearings, organize conferences and mentored students during the articling recruiting process.
She is on the Dean’s Honor Roll of the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal and was awarded the 2016-2017 Prix d’excellence en Droit Civil by the Montréal Bar Association.
