Emma-Sophie Hall is a member of the firm’s Labour and Employment Law Group. She joined Lavery after completing her internship at the firm. She completed her Bachelor Degree in Civil Law and a Master of Business Administration at the Université de Sherbrooke. She also completed a semester at the University of Leicester in England.

Ms. Hall assists employers in all areas related to labour and employment law, including employment standards and the review of employment contracts and company policies. Ms. Hall is also called upon to take part in the preparation of grievance arbitrations or proceedings before the civil courts of Québec.

While completing her university studies, Ms. Hall participated in a clinical activity at the Court of Québec with the Honourable Judge Aubé.
