Vicky Trépanier is a member of the firm’s Business Law group.
She advises medium to large private companies and entrepreneurs with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing and governance issues.
Ms. Trépanier began her career in business law with a major legal firm, where she focused on mergers, acquisitions and financing. She went on to practise in-house and acted as a senior executive mainly in private corporations for over 12 years. Ms. Trépanier has held the positions of Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Legal Affairs and Compliance with a Canadian cold storage company, as well as with the Montreal Public Transit Authority, for which she also managed real estate. Thanks to her experience practising within a legal firm, a government agency and in-house within private corporations, Ms. Trépanier has developed a highly pragmatic approach to business, with a focus on clients’ expected outcomes. She is able to quickly understand the broader vision behind each of her mandates and to identify and mitigate related risks.
