Mr. Eramian advises a wide range of clients in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts such as distribution contracts, franchise agreements, supply contracts, purchase and sales agreements, licensing agreements, commercial leases, as well as partnership and shareholder agreements.
With in-depth expertise in intellectual property law, Mr. Eramian advises companies on matters related to trademarks, copyright, patents, information technology, and licensing. He has carried out numerous mandates involving the protection of intellectual property and third-party infringement.
