Associate
Ariana Lisio is a member of the firm's Business Law Group. She practises primarily in the area of business transactions, working, in particular, on commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions files. Before completing her studies in law, Ms. Lisio did a B.A. in arts and science (specializing in political science) at the Université de Montréal. She started her practice with Lavery in 2011, after completing her articles with the firm.

Ms. Lisio worked at the Diplomatic Conference on Aviation Security held in Beijing (China) from August 30, 2010 to September 10, 2010, during which the member countries of the International Civil Aviation Organization adopted two international instruments: the Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts relating to International Civil Aviation and the Protocol Supplementary to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft.

Ms. Lisio is fluent in English, French and Italian.
