Carolle Vaudry has been a paralegal since 1994 and specializes in various fields of business law. She is a member of the Corporate Services team in the Montreal offices.

 

Ms. Vaudry supports the firm's corporate lawyers in the preparation of documents required for the incorporation and organization of corporations. In addition, she works on amendments to articles, continuances, dissolutions as well as registrations of corporations both in Quebec and other jurisdictions. She also reviews the corporate status and updates minute books and other corporate records of corporations. Lastly, she assists in the preparation of legal documentation relating to various commercial operations and transactions.

 

Ms. Vaudry also has particular expertise in incorporating non-profit corporations at both the federal and provincial levels.
