Denise Houde joined the Business Law Group as Lawyer-Revisor in the Linguistic Services. As such she draws upon her skills she acquired while practicing law, acting as research-lawyer for a national law firm and Manager of Regulation (securities) with a Securities Regulatory Authority.

 

She reviews French translations of legal and financial documents mainly related to securities and corporate law such as prospectuses and other permanent information documents required to be filed with the Canadian Securities Authorities.
