Eveline Blain has been a paralegal since 2009 and is a member of the firm's corporate services department in our Montreal offices. She works in various areas of business law.

Ms. Blain supports the firm’s corporate lawyers in the preparation of documents required for the incorporation and organization of corporations. In addition, she works on amendments to articles, continuances, dissolutions as well as registrations of corporations both in Quebec and other jurisdictions. She also updates minute books and corporate records of corporations.
