Marc Talbot has many years of experience in business law, litigation and commercial mediation.
 
He has participated in important commissions of inquiry and represented businesses before the civil courts as well as administrative and penal tribunals. His practice also extends to the fields of corporate finance, acquisitions and mergers of businesses.
