Associate
Ms. Spiridoula Vassilopoulos is a member of the firm’s Financing and Financial Services Group and is called upon to represent both lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and preparation of their financing and security documentation.

 

Ms. Vassilopoulos has received a Bachelor of Commerce degree and both a Common Law and Civil Law degree and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) (2003) and the Quebec Bar (2005).
