In addition to pleading before all the civil courts, Vincent Thibeault has been involved in numerous arbitrations and mediations. He practises in the areas of civil and commercial litigation including, notably, injunctions, shareholder disputes and contractual litigation of all kinds (commercial leases, franchises, distribution contracts).

In particular, Mr. Thibeault specializes in construction law. Major employers, entrepreneurs and engineering firms call upon his services. He handles all issues and problems arising in this field including calls for tenders, legal hypothecs and defects in construction.
