Michaëlle Guilbault is a lawyer in the firm's Business Law Group practising primarily in real estate law.
In her practice, Michaëlle works in particular on various types of purchase and sale transactions involving real estate, as well as the leasing and sub-leasing of commercial properties. One of her responsibilities in these transactions is to conduct the research required for the drafting of contracts and deeds. In addition, she participates in the due diligence review process and in drafting contracts on various real estate matters.
Michaëlle has been involved in the business world since 2015, when she started sitting as a young intern director on the board of directors of a recognized financial cooperative. As a student, she was active in law school, particularly in organizing networking activities as a vice-chair of the Business Law and Management Committee.
