Louis Lafleur, CRHA, is a member of the Labour and Employment Law group.

In his practice, Mr. Lafleur advises employers in all areas of labour and employment law on matters concerning both individual and collective reports for employment-related disputes.

Mr. Lafleur also helps employers impose administrative and disciplinary measures, write employment contracts and policies as well as prepare proceedings before appearing in ordinary courts of law.

A pragmatic business advisor, he is appreciated for his ability to find solutions adapted to his clients’ operational needs.
