Jean-Philippe Désiletsis a member of the firm's Litigation and Conflict Resolution Group. His practice focuses primarily on insurance litigation, product liability, construction and civil liability.

A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2020, Jean-Philippe has extensive experience in these areas, which he acquired at a large Montréal firm before arriving at Lavery.
In his practice, Jean-Philippe is called on to develop custom solutions to legal situations entrusted to him, in our clients' best interests. As such, he is called on to plead before all judicial bodies of Quebec, both for plaintiffs and defendants.
