Diana Darilus practises taxation law as a part of our Business Law Group. She mainly specializes in the area of Canadian corporate taxation and is involved in the elaboration of tax and estate planning, particularly in connection with inter-generational business transfers, corporate reorganizations, asset protection structures and the creation of family trusts.


She also advises businesses on tax issues in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions.


In addition, she represents taxpayers in litigious files with the tax authorities and negotiates settlement agreements.


Finally, Ms. Darilus was the recipient of a scholarship from the Quebec Ministry of Finance (2007) awarded for her essay on tax competition between the various provincial jurisdictions.
