BIOGRAPHY

Associate
Diana Darilus practises taxation law as a part of our Business Law Group. She mainly specializes in corporate taxation and consumption taxes and is particularly involved in the elaboration of tax and estate planning.

 

Ms. Darilus is also interested in interprovincial taxation, and more specifically, in tax competition amongst various provincial jurisdictions. In this respect, she was awarded a scholarship in taxation (2007) from the Quebec Ministry of Finance.
