Partner
Louis-Martin Dubé has twenty-five years' experience in his area of practice, which he garnered working for national law firms and a large Canadian financial institution. He advises and represents property owners, institutions, developers, pension funds, asset managers, lenders and space users in relation to a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and development, financing and leasing projects. His advice and services are sought, in particular, for purchase, sale and financing transactions of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial assets and residential complexes. He also represents owners with respect to all aspects of real estate ownership, including development, management and leasing.
Mr. Dubé regularly speaks on topical issues in real estate law. For example, he has been the co-speaker for more than ten years of the annual review of case law given by the Canadian Bar Association. He is also a member of the standing committee of the Quebec Bar on the law of secured transactions and has been listed since 2010 in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory as a leading practitioner who is repeatedly recommended in the area of property development.
