Michel Blouin specializes in securities law for the mining industry and, more specifically, handles incorporations, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations of mining companies.

 

Mr. Blouin acts as an advisor and legal counsel to mining companies and works with them on a broad range of matters in which they are involved, from mobilization of capital and issuance of securities to international agreements with governments and corporations.

 

He is also listed in The Canadian Legal LEXPERT® Directory 2011 in the field of Mining. The 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada directory recognizes Mr. Blouin as one of the best lawyers in Natural Resources Law.
