Associate
Carolyne Corbeil is a member of the Business Law Group and specializes in Tax Law. Her practice focuses on tax and estate planning. She specializes on the taxation of corporations and their shareholders, mainly on reorganizations and the purchase and sale of corporations. She also advises clients on consumption tax matters and particular tax laws.
