Pierre Beaudoin is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.


Mr. Beaudoin represents clients before various judicial, quasi judicial and administrative bodies; the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal of Québec, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Federal Court, the Administrative Tribunal of Québec, the Commission des relations du travail of Quebec, the Canadian Transportation Agency, grievance arbitrators, the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec and the Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec.


His practice is mainly focused on labour relations, civil and commercial litigation, construction law, health law, real estate law, transport law and infrastructure and maritime law.


Mr. Beaudoin represents employers for collective agreement negotiations. He represents his clients for transport agreements entered into with governments or other businesses, real estate acquisitions and business mergers.


Mr. Beaudoin is a member of the Groupe Arbitrage et Médiation Thémis. He serves as arbitrator in areas as diverse as construction, maritime transport, shareholder agreements, the interpretation of contracts, the Forest Act, etc.
